Bilgehan İlker completed her primary and secondary education at Istanbul Ar-EL College before studying Medicine at Trakya University’s Faculty of Medicine. She completed her specialty training in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Dokuz Eylul University after passing the Medical Specialization Exam.

Following her mandatory service, she served as the Administrative Officer of the Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic for two years at the Health Sciences University Bağcılar Training and Research Hospital, and for one year at the Taksim Training and Research Hospital of the same university. During this time, İlker performed hundreds of aesthetic and plastic surgery operations. She also took part in training programs on tissue engineering and stem cells at both the university and TUBITAK, conducting significant academic research. Dr. Bilgehan İlker has delivered numerous oral and written presentations at national and international congresses and meetings and is a member of the European and Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery Associations.
