Bilgehan İlker, who completed his primary and secondary education at Istanbul Ar -EL College, then studied Medicine at Trakya University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his specialization training at Dokuz Eylul University Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery after the Specialization in Medicine exam.

After his compulsory service, he worked as the Administrative Officer of the Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic for 2 years at the Health Sciences University Bağcılar Training and Research Hospital, and then for 1 year at the Taksim Training and Research Hospital of the same university. İlker, who performed hundreds of aesthetic and plastic surgery operations in this process, also
participated in trainings in the field of tissue engineering and stem cells, both at the university and at TUBITAK, and conducted academic studies. Kiss. Dr. Bilgehan İlker has many oral and written presentations at national and international congresses and meetings. He is a member of European and Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Associations.
